Okay – we have had several crazy setbacks (including the car overheating as soon as we got into Buda and the central heat and air not being functioning for the first half a day), but we are safely moved in. However, due to a miscommunication with the internet company (that your’s truly is NOT happy about!), we aren’t getting internet at the new place until next Thursday instead of yesterday-Thursday. Sitting in the parking lot of McDonald’s right now! I’ll be calling again to see if there’s any chance a sooner appointment time may have opened up.
