Saturday Shoe Lust

These are obviously inspired by the Balenciaga harness boots that everyone freaked out about. I wasn’t too wild about those, but I really, really like these. Unfortunately, at $324, they’re well out of my budget for now. But maybe someday soon, they’ll go on sale…*crosses fingers*

Sweet merciful crap, they are S-E-X-Y!

I like how it isn’t an exact damn copy. I’d definitely wear them. Oh yeah.

    Aren’t they, Corrine?!

I absolutely agree, Alicia…they take all of the things I liked about the Balenciaga boots and none of the things I didn’t. I’ve been looking for a pair of boots with a harness-y strap like that (or a pair I can easily add them to) for a few weeks…I wanted knee high boots, but if these go on sale low enough, I will be MORE than happy with them. Hellooo, 4.5″ heels and actually being eye level with people!

Those are pretty cool. With that whopping platform they remind me of the boots (though a much, MUCH better style) of the boots a 5′ co-worker used to wear – every single day!

They look good, but I bet they’re HEAVY to wear. I’m always put off chunky boots because I imagine dragging my feet around!
