Today I’ve got a special treat! Lisa is the mastermind behind The Sassy Minx – a “fierce and fabulous combination of words, pictures, and general awesomeness for women who kick-ass”. I think that’s a project I can get behind! Not only does Lisa write, but she’s also an entrepreneur – she’s a one-of-a-kind life coach that offers the Sassy Sessions. I thought I’d ask her a bit about them…
Lisa, can you tell readers a little bit more about the Sassy Sessions & why you set them up?
THE SASSY SESSIONS are bespoke coaching, programmes and workshops designed specifically to support ANYONE who wants to get awesome and become the mistress of their own destiny.
I set them up because I was doing self-esteem coaching and workshops specifically for teen girls – www.pink-world.co.uk – and mums, teachers and older sisters were constantly asking me why I didn’t do a grown-up girl version as they’d love to participate, so I went away had a li’l fun planning and plotting, and created The Sassy Sessions, helping grown-up girls feel sassy, sensual, sorted and sensational in any situation.
What’s your favorite thing about doing Sassy Sessions?
I love meeting women who just don’t know how awesome and fabulous they really are ’til we start applying the SASSY. Then, together, throughout the sessions, we slowly fill up their virtual vanity case with must-have tools and techniques specifically designed to create a life that that they fall head-over-killer heels in love with!
I see on your site that podcasts are coming soon! Any more news on those?
There is, there is! I’m working with a fabulous gal-pal to put together a monthly SASSY podcast that will launch in April – woohooo! It’ll be like having a SASSY session via ipod – it’s going to be awesome!
